Student Consultant working with EY on the role of the CIO along the sustainability agenda, concerning Supply Chians and the Manufacturing Industry
During my Masters's Program, I led a five-person consulting team, working with EY for a period of fourteen weeks.
The project consisted of developing a report accompanied with a presentation, titled ‘The role of the CIO in relation to the sustainability agenda’. Personally, I focused in on the area of how the CIO can enable more sustainable end-to-end supply chain ecosystems and manufacturing processes.
Through this project, I enhanced value for clients through the identification of risks and dependencies, proposing appropriate mitigations through recommendations and developing specialised frameworks for optimised utilisation of technology, innovation and automation.
This was done through the developed Assessment of Automation Framework and Transition to Sustainable Digital Supply Chain framework.
